Welcome to Re. Aesthetics. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for booking and receiving services at our clinic. By booking an appointment with Re. Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments and Bookings

Booking Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation via email or text message. Please ensure all contact information provided is accurate to receive your confirmation and any relevant updates.
Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of [Insert Amount] is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time may result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a reduced treatment time or rescheduling, with potential loss of your booking fee.

Medical History Disclosure: Clients are required to provide accurate and complete medical history information during the consultation process. This includes, but is not limited to, current medications, past medical conditions, allergies, and any prior cosmetic treatments.
Informed Consent: Before any treatment, clients must review and sign an informed consent form. This form will detail the specific procedure, potential risks, benefits, and alternatives. The treatment will not proceed until informed consent has been obtained.
Suitability for Treatment: The suitability of a client for any cosmetic injectable treatment will be determined during the initial consultation. Re. Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed medically inappropriate or if the client’s expectations cannot be met within the safety parameters of the procedure.

3. Cosmetic Injectable Treatments

Results and Expectations: Cosmetic injectable treatments are designed to enhance natural beauty and achieve subtle, individualized results. However, individual responses to treatment may vary. Re. Aesthetics does not guarantee specific results, and the effectiveness of the treatment can depend on various factors including skin type, age, and lifestyle.
Duration of Effects: The effects of cosmetic injectables, such as Botox and dermal fillers, are temporary and typically last between 3 to 18 months depending on the product used and individual factors. Maintenance treatments may be required to sustain the desired outcome.
Potential Risks and Side Effects: As with any medical procedure, cosmetic injectables carry certain risks, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, redness, infection, asymmetry, and allergic reactions. These will be discussed in detail during your consultation.

4. Payment and Fees

7. Advertising and Testimonials

Advertising Standards: Re. Aesthetics adheres to all advertising standards as regulated by New Zealand law. Our promotional material is intended to be accurate and respectful, and we do not make unsubstantiated claims about the outcomes of cosmetic injectable treatments.
Testimonials: Due to legal restrictions, we do not publish client testimonials that describe specific outcomes from cosmetic injectable treatments. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to share your experience privately.

8. Practitioner Qualifications

Qualified Practitioners: All cosmetic injectable treatments at Re. Aesthetics are administered by qualified and registered health practitioners. Our team is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and client care.
